A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME

I've been practising yoga for the past 7 years and have now taken on the challenge of becoming a teacher myself. I love the practise and the relationship it builds with the mind and body. I want everyone to be able to enjoy the beautiful practise of yoga also.

I first truly fell in love with yoga when I briefly lived in New York. There I found a wonderful local studio and became hooked. I was practising vinyasa 3/4 times a week. I was in awe of the things people could do in there and knew it would take a lot of patience to achieve those things myself.

When I returned back home there was a lack of local studios so I was unsure of how to continue my practise. I messaged my NY teacher and she encouraged me to do a teacher training.

I was working full time in London but managed to find a 200 hour course that was weekends only. It would take place over 6 months and it was there that I realised how involved being a teacher was. There was so much to think about and process but I absolutely loved it. I had this burning desire to share everything I was learning and knew I had to start teaching.

I taught my first ever class in March 2019 and haven't looked back. I've since then taught hundreds of people and collaborated with plenty of other teachers. I took the leap to teach yoga full time in May 2021.

With that I was able to sign up for my advanced teacher training and spent a wonderful 4 weeks in Greece, developing my skills as a teacher and student even deeper.

I now teach a great mixture of public, private and corporate classes for people of all ages and abilities. I'm always looking for more people to introduce to the beautiful practise of yoga. Please message me if this is something you would like to start together.
